Sign up below with that @username. We check that it exists and store it next to your wallet. One spot per person.
Use the test network the way you would use any payments app. What you do from today counts towards the handout and your priority in the presale.
We measure real use, not the number of transfers
Counting transactions rewards whoever sends a hundred transfers in a loop. That is why we look at other things, each with its own cap, so nobody can raise their score by repeating the same thing.
Your account
A verified @username and an account with some history behind it. It is the starting point: without an @username there is no way to count you.
Consistency
On how many different days you use the network and for how many weeks you come back. A day with a hundred transfers counts as one day.
Real people
How many different people you send to and receive from, as long as they also have an @username and use the network. Moving money between your own accounts adds nothing.
Real features
Paying at a store with BinnoPay, getting paid at your business, moving coins between networks and protecting your account with two-factor recovery.
Staying power
Keeping on using the network over time. Someone who sticks with it for weeks contributes more than someone who drops by for an afternoon.
What adds nothing, and can leave you out
- Sending lots of transfers in a row, or tiny amounts.
- Sending money to yourself, or sending back almost the same amount you were sent.
- Opening several accounts for the same person: a group of accounts counts as one.
- Claiming test coins with several accounts and pooling them all into one.
We do not publish the exact numbers behind each cap, so as not to give hints to people who want to cheat. Doubtful cases are reviewed by a person before the handout.
Only for the community
The first BNN sale will be for people, not companies. The aim is to raise around one million dollars from about 5,000 community members, with a maximum of about 200 dollars per person.
